Her face

One of the best parts of having Daphne is just experiencing a baby up close. I have always thought I loved babies. Now I know that I do love babies, but more specifically, my own. Since I'm her mom, I am the lucky one to get to see her the most, feel her soft skin, hear her little voice and hold her close whenever I want. It's such a special privilege! 

I love her sweet little body, such adorable proportions. I have every little inch memorized, but my favorite part is her mouth. Her sweet baby breath, little tongue, tiny lips. I get right in her face and kiss her, she loves it. Her cheeks are so firm but squishy, they feel so sweet next to mine. I seriously can't get enough!
