"It's not a motorcycle, baby, it's a chopper, c'mon."

Conversation goes something like this:

Daphne: "I'm on my bicycle!"

Owen: "No, Daphne. It's not a bicycle. It's called a bike."

Daphne: "We're on bikes!"

 I can explain this one. From the time I was three until I was in my mid-20s I had dirt bikes in the garage to ride and race. Those were the bikes.

I distinctly remember being in high school when André François said, "why do you always call them 'bicycles'?! Just say 'bike'!"

I haven't had a motorcycle in my garage for almost 15 years but I still call the two wheelers in there now bicycles. Old habits.
